1. Overview

At TodsKart, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery. By shopping with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We provide two delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Your order will typically reach you within 3–5 working days from the date it is dispatched.
  • Express Delivery: Need it sooner? Our express option gets your order to you within 1–3 working days from dispatch, for a small additional charge.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary based on your location and courier schedules.


3. Where We Deliver

  • At this time, TodsKart delivers exclusively within Pakistan. We are not able to fulfill orders for international destinations.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

4. Delivery Charges

We believe in full transparency — there are no surprise fees at Todskart. Delivery charges are calculated based on your order size and location, and the final amount will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

  • Most orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 working days of purchase.
  • If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be picked up for processing on the following working day.
  • During busy periods such as sale events or festive seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there are any notable delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and the name of the courier handling your delivery.
  • Simply use the provided tracking number on the courier's website to follow your parcel's journey.
  • Haven't received tracking information within 3 working days of ordering? Drop us a message at support@todskart.com and we'll look into it right away.

7. Something Went Wrong With My Delivery?

We understand how frustrating delivery problems can be. Here is how we handle them:

  • Missing or Late Parcels: Get in touch with us at support@todskart.com and our team will work with the courier to locate your order and provide an update.
  • Arrived Damaged or Faulty: Please reach out to us within 1 hour of receiving your delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Need to Change Your Delivery Address?

If you have entered an incorrect address or need to update your delivery details, please contact us immediately at support@todskart.com. We will do our best to make the correction before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once a parcel has been collected by our courier, we are no longer able to redirect it.
