Refund & Exchange Policy

We Welcome Returns With Open Arms

At TodsKart, your satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 24 hours from the time your order is delivered. As a toy store, we offer both quality check warranty and damage warranty on our products. Once 24 hours have passed since delivery, we are unable to process a full refund or exchange — particularly if the toy has been used or the original packaging has been opened or damaged.


1. Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition it was received. All returns must be submitted in the original, sealed packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or repackaging will not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of certain products, the following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bubble liquid sets
  • Inflatable items (pools, tents, etc.)
  • Remote-controlled helicopters and drones
  • Swimming pools and large outdoor play equipment

These items are excluded because improper use can result in damage that makes them unsellable. We appreciate your understanding.


3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, you must provide one of the following:

  • Original receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number

Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting our team. Unrequested returns may not be processed.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances at the discretion of our team.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone call regarding the status of your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method — including bank account, JazzCash, or other supported platforms — within 7 working days.

Please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment app
  • Contact your bank, as refunds can sometimes take a few additional days to appear officially

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period cannot be refunded.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are confirmed defective or damaged upon delivery.

⚠️ Important: Video evidence of a damaged or faulty toy must be sent exclusively to support@todskart.com — evidence shared on any other platform, including WhatsApp or social media, will not be accepted or entertained.

7. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received and inspected.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery timeframes for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
  • For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. TodsKart cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
